Get in the Holiday Spirit with the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience!  Join us on Friday, December 6th,  from 7:30-10:00pm for an evening of mixing, mingling, and merry drinking.  We will be offering complimentary Bourbon tastings, hors d'oeuvres, a Bourbon barrel-signing, and meet and greet with Artisanal Distiller, Jodie Filliatreau - who will also be available for bottle signings.  There will be special discounts offered in the Gift Shop, and cash bar will be available for additional cocktails in our Speakeasy.

Note: Must be 21 years of age or older to attend the Holiday Open House.  Holiday sweaters highly encouraged, but not required.

Join us for this exclusive acoustic concert on Friday, January 10th in the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience Speakeasy.  We’ll have signature bourbon cocktails, light bites, LIVE concert with country music artist JD Shelburne, and more!

JD Shelburne has performed with national acts including Montgomery Gentry, Craig Moran, Kellie Pickler, Clay Walker and Johnny Lee.  His single “One Less Girl” reached #29 on the Music Row chart and lead to features on CMT.  Most recently, his single “She Keeps Me Up Nights reached #3 on the CMT 12-pack countdown.  Shelburne grew up in Taylorsville, KY and now resides in Nashville, TN.

Doors open at 7:30PM, show to begin at 8:00PM.  Must be 21 over over to attend.  Space is limited, so reserve your tickets now!

The Traditional Tour and Tasting takes you back in time to meet Kentucky's first licensed distiller, Evan Williams.  Along the way, you will visit recreations of the Louisville wharf in the late 18th Century, as well as Whiskey Row along Main Street from the 1890’s through the present. You’ll learn how Heaven Hill’s modern Bernheim Distillery operates and discover how it is different from distilling in Evan’s era. Then, you will see a combination of the two—a state-of-the-art, modern, operating distillery utilizing the same type of pot stills as the early Bourbon-making days.  This tour will also include 4 Bourbon tastings.

This 1 hour tour and tasting is $15 per person.

*Distillery operations run Tuesday through Saturday*

Discover why Chocolate and Whiskey are a match made in Heaven!  During this ALL NEW 1-hour experience, guests will be guided through pairings of chocolates, confections and whiskeys to create the best aromas and flavors for your taste buds. Explore 4 whiskeys from the Heaven Hill American Whiskey Collection, specifically complimented by special chocolates and confections, handcrafted by Cellar Door Chocolates.

Each guest will receive a commemorative glass to take home.

This 1 hour experience is $25 per person and is only available on Thursdays at 4PM.

The Speakeasy Tasting Experience transports you back in time to the 1930’s to celebrate the last days of Prohibition in Louisville.  If you guess the secret entry password correctly, you’ll gain access to our very own Speakeasy.  Once inside, you’ll learn about Prohibition and the city’s rich Bourbon heritage, while tasting 4 Whiskeys from the Heaven Hill portfolio.  As our Speakeasy guest, you will also take home a commemorative glass.

The 30-minute Speakeasy Tour is available Friday through Sunday only and costs $20 per person.  Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.
